which is then sent to you by post. Your salutation, name, message,

are recorded so that we can send it to the correct address
and to ensure the correct form of communication. The reference
of the newsletter can be cancelled with the same form and the
deletion of the data which has been captured can be applied
for in this way. In addition the access data such as your login
name and password are recorded via the query form so that your
personal data can be administered by you via a secure form
of access.
The technical section of the BKtel Internet site has been
designed exclusively for customers, distributors and employees.
In order to grant you access to this area we need to record
all the aforementioned data including your postal address so
that we can verify your identity if necessary. In addition
the access data such as your login name and password are recorded
via the query form so that your personal data can be administered
by you via a secure form of access. The same query form enables
you to cancel your access to the technical section and thus
to automatically apply for the deletion of the corresponding
data. If you also took out a subscription for the BKtel Newsletter
then the deletion of the postal address only takes place once
the newsletter has been cancelled.
In addition the complete deletion of all your personal data
which has been stored can be applied for. Please note that
this entry necessarily leads to the deletion of your subscription
