The FTTH Council Europe is a non-profit organization with the goal to etablish FTTH with ultra-fast access networks in Europe. Well-known companies from the field of data communications, cable television, development and research as well as FTTH system integrators are members of this organization. BKtel is member right now for over 5 years andeach year at the annual and most important event in Europe to FTTH. The FTTH Council Europe Conference provides all interested parties a high technology trade show with interesting presentations and panel discussions about current projects and studies, trends and innovations in the data transmission via optical fiber.

BKtel presented itself again with products to current issues such asRFoG or Gigabit customer premises equipment. A highlight was the new V-OLT, the ultra-compact GPON video overlay solution.

For us, the fair was another success and we look forward to the FTTH Council Europe Conference 2012 in Munich.
