We offer maintenance work as well as 2nd & 3rd level support and on-call services for our
customers. If other manufacturers products are included in the network, these can be
added to the maintenance contract. In this case, an inventory is required, which includes
maintenance / servicing.
Depending on the agreement, the annual contracts can include a wide range of technical
support:
- Annual maintenance of the hardware supplied by H+S BKtel and in operation, including
software, to ensure that the overall system is functioning correctly
- Checking the system parameters at predefined measuring points
- Software / firmware bug fix and updates (without functional extension)
- Documentation and logging of the system status including recorded measurement
results
- Replacement or repair of defective components
- Troubleshooting in the event of faults that violate the specification of the HFC/FTTH
module
- Troubleshooting faults that violate the specification of the HFC/FTTH system
- Telephone support for trained operating personnel during troubleshooting (on hand
support)
- Support for remote troubleshooting measures to rectify faults
- On-site deployment of a technician / technical team in the event of faults and their
localization
- Service hotline for technical questions during working days
By concluding a service contract, a competent team will be at your side within a short
time in the case of a fault. If the fault can be analyzed remotely, an expert will work
together with the operating personnel to solve the problem. If a component fails, a
replacement will be delivered within 24 hours.
